The perfect muscle building meatloaf!

Ingredients
⢠900g of lean ground beef
⢠1 tsp olive oil
⢠1 chopped red onion
⢠1 tsp garlic
⢠3 chopped tomatoes
⢠1 whole beaten egg
⢠100g of whole wheat bread crumbs
⢠Handful of parsley
⢠20g of low fat parmesan
⢠50ml of organic skim milk
⢠A pinch of salt and pepper
⢠1 tsp oregano
How to make:
Preheat the oven to (400°F/200 °C/Gas Mark 6).
Add the oil to a pan and heat on a medium heat.
Cook the onions until soft but not browned. Remove the onions from the pan and let cool.
Get a big bowl and mix all of the ingredients together.
Put the meat in a big baking tray and cook on a high heat for around 30-35 minutes.
Serve once cooked through and piping hot.
