STRENGTH AND MASS MEATLOAF

The perfect muscle building meatloaf!

Nutritional value

(Serves 6)

Calories per serving: 410

Protein: 47g

Carbs: 15g

Fat: 19g

Ingredients

• 900g of lean ground beef

• 1 tsp olive oil

• 1 chopped red onion

• 1 tsp garlic

• 3 chopped tomatoes

• 1 whole beaten egg

• 100g of whole wheat bread crumbs

• Handful of parsley

• 20g of low fat parmesan

• 50ml of organic skim milk

• A pinch of salt and pepper

• 1 tsp oregano

How to make:

Preheat the oven to (400°F/200 °C/Gas Mark 6).

Add the oil to a pan and heat on a medium heat.

Cook the onions until soft but not browned. Remove the onions from the pan and let cool.

Get a big bowl and mix all of the ingredients together.

Put the meat in a big baking tray and cook on a high heat for around 30-35 minutes.

Serve once cooked through and piping hot.
